The spray absorbs easily because it passes through your mouth mucosa directly into the bloodstream.

Ingredients: Purified water, Glycerol (thickener), Lemon juice concentrate, Ethanol, Melatonin, Steviol glycosides from stevia (sweetener), Acacia gum (emulsifier), Xanthan gum (emulsifier), Essential oils (peppermint and orange), Suitable for vegetarians. Soy, artificial colours or flavours, oils, salt, yeast.

Directions: 

Adults: One spray before going to sleep under the tongue or inside of the cheek. One spray provides 1mg of melatonin.

When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Before going to sleep spray once under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position.

If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
